The brief

What a top industrial enterprise asked for.

A top industrial enterprise runs an industrial channel-partner network across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Their annual partner update used to ship as a static email — and engagement had been declining year-on-year as inboxes got noisier.

The 2024 brief asked for a personalised video per partner referencing their account manager, recent product orders, and regional support roadmap, delivered in eight languages. The constraint: budget and timeline ruled out filming variants. We had four weeks from sign-off to first send.

The build

How we engineered the answer.

We built a Zlicc AI persona — a brand-trained digital host carrying a top industrial enterprise' visual identity and tone. The persona sat on top of a sealed-off knowledge base populated with the partner CRM data: order history, account manager, regional support team, upcoming launches relevant to each partner's portfolio.

The render pipeline pulled per-partner data, generated a personalised script, ran voice-cloning in the partner's preferred language, and produced a finished MP4 in 18 seconds per video. We ran the full 12,000-video batch over a weekend.

The delivery layer used a top industrial enterprise' existing email infrastructure with per-partner deep links — opening any video showed the recipient's name on the avatar's screen, which is what drove the open rate.
