Operating model

No hand-offs to a different ops team on day-zero. The Zlicc people who design your ZliccXR stack are the same people in the green room and the control room. Every engagement gets a build lead, a run lead, and a measure lead — all named on the contract.

We name the format — AR, VR, holo, projection, configurator, install — based on the moment, not the technology.
Phase 02
Content build
3D modelling, lighting, motion, and interaction design. Branded shells. Multi-stage approval.

Hardware & rigging
